Eric Grumann

Eric has 20 years’ experience in various roles in the building construction industry including general contracting, engineering, and commercial real estate working for Maguire Properties, Equity Office Properties, Swinerton Builders, and Jackson Engineering. Prior to starting LEVEL, Eric was a Principal at EdgeCore Real Estate Group where he spent five years managing construction and development projects for a variety of institutional owners, developers, and tenants in Southern California. Eric’s background in Civil Engineering and General Contracting bring invaluable experience and insight to every LEVEL project.
