John has 25 years’ experience in a wide variety roles in construction, development, entitlements, leasing and architecture, working for Freddie Mac, Equity Office Properties, Carr America and Gensler. Prior to starting LEVEL, John was a Principal at EdgeCore Real Estate Group where he spent five years managing construction and development projects for a variety of institutional owners, developers, and tenants in Southern California. John’s combination of real estate and design experience uniquely prepare him for his focus on building repositioning projects.
