Tim Jones

Tim Jones is a recent addition to the Level Project Management team. Tim has 30 years of experience in the Los Angeles market working for Heitman Properties and he most recently spent 17 years at Kennedy Wilson where he oversaw construction and engineering for 15 million square feet. Tim has successfully completed many tenant improvement and building renovation projects over his career. Tim brings a particular focus on complex engineering issues that many project management firms do not have in-house, including: mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, structural/seismic engineering and environmental issues.
